We’re committed to improving your shopping experience. That’s why we’ve expanded our shipping centers to deliver your order faster and more efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about this update.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150

Orders under $150 from multiple shipping centers will incur separate shipping fees for each package. To avoid extra charges, shop from a single center or meet the $150 free shipping minimum.

Exclusive Center for Special Items

Understanding the unique nature of certain products, we’ve established an Exclusive center dedicated solely to the handling and shipping of special items, including LSD, DMT, and Shrooms. This specialized approach aims to minimize the chances of package loss.

Faster Shipping Across Canada

In addition to the Exclusive center, we’ve also expanded our infrastructure to include East and West centers. This strategic placement ensures faster shipping times across the entire country.

How Your Orders Are Processed

With the introduction of these centers, the origin of your orders will now depend on the products you select. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

  • Exclusive: Shrooms, DMT, LSD items

  • East and West Centers: Cannabis items will be dispatched from either the East or West center, depending on your location and the product availability.

This means your order could come from one, two, or all three of our shipping locations, depending on the diversity of your product selections.

Don’t be alarmed if your items arrive separately – this is simply to ensure you receive your products as swiftly as possible.

NOTE: Until we are able to fill up all our warehouses with the same items, it’s best to shop in only West or East shipping zones.  At the check out page you will see multiple options to ship.  Choose the best options with lowest shipping prices.  

We understand shipping may be expensive we are working on optimizing this system. Our main goal is to increase delivery times so you get products faster without any issues. 

Benefits

To get the most from our updates, we encourage you to understand the differences between each shipping center. Here’s how you can manage your orders:

  • Product Selection: Pay attention to the items in your cart and their assigned shipping centers. Shipping details and breakdowns appear during checkout and shipping options.

  • Shipping Preferences: If you want all items delivered together, select products from the same center. For access to all available products, choose all shipping centers.

How To Select Your Preferred Shipping Option(s):

To choose your shipping center, go to any category page and click the “Change Shipping” button at the top.

From here, you can select one or more options from the East, West, and Exclusive categories.

After selecting your delivery preference, you’ll see available products based on your choice. These items will ship from the matching warehouse, improving efficiency and speeding up delivery.

Tracking Your Order: If you receive your order and notice missing items, don’t worry. Go to your Orders, click “View” on the order, and if it’s split into multiple shipments, you’ll find tracking numbers in your order details.

Faster Shipping Times

Explore Shipping Options for Tailored Delivery:

  • Same Day Delivery: For eligible areas wanting immediate delivery, choose Same Day Delivery. Browse products ready for quick dispatch.

  • 2-4 Business Days via Canada Post: Select this for reliable delivery within 2-4 business days. Find products that match your preferred delivery timeframe.

  • 2-8 Business Days via Canada Post: Opt for this option for a broader 2-8 business day window. Explore products available with this delivery estimate.

Adapt Your Selection for Availability: Can’t find your desired product? Try changing your delivery option. Some products may be available on the site but not in the initially selected shipping center. Adjusting your preferences unlocks a wider selection.
