Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will always make it right.

All sales are final, no returns

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges of consumable products once an order has been placed or delivered, even if the item is unopened. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before you pay.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

How refunds are issued, store credit

Where we approve a remedy, it is provided as store credit to your account. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds back to your original payment method except where required by law. Store credit is real money on your account. It never expires, and it applies automatically at checkout, coming straight off what you owe. It does not change how shipping is worked out: orders of $149 or more ship free, and below that the flat rate still applies.

Order changes & cancellations

Want to change or cancel an order? Reach out as quickly as possible. Once payment is received, your order is with our fulfilment team and can no longer be edited: nothing can be added, removed or cancelled. For anything extra, simply place a new order.

Non-delivery

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier and find a fair resolution. If your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the date it shipped and we’ll help track it down and make it right.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
