Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age and a resident of Canada to use this site and purchase our products. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may request proof of age and may refuse or cancel any order.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Products & availability

We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or potency figures are entirely error-free. Products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Orders are paid using the payment methods shown at checkout, following the instructions provided there. Depending on the store and your account history, these may include Interac e-Transfer, cryptocurrency and credit card, and the methods available to you are always shown before you pay. Crypto payments must be sent on the network shown at checkout, and a payment sent on any other network cannot be recovered. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Until then your items stay reserved for you. You get one payment reminder after two days. If it stays unpaid and we have not heard from you, we may cancel it and put the items back on the shelf. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, an error is found in pricing or description, or we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund & Return Policy which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use
